White Sage (Salvia farinacea): Is traditionally one of the most sacred herbs used in ceremonies around the world for thousands of years. It has a fresh, earthy and pungent odor that instantly makes you feel a little more at peace. Sage is used for smudging, clearing unwanted energies, divine cleansing, releasing and letting go. It's also used to bless homes, vehicles and other physical spaces, as a ritual in sacred ceremonies, sweat lodges, sound journeys, drum circles and meditation practices.
How to Use: Simply light a bit of the end of the herb bundle and then waft the smoke around an area you wish to clear of unwanted "feeling", scents, negative energy or to simply mark the start of a new day with a bright spirit, open heart and positive intentions! It may also be burned in smudge pots.

Our smudge sticks are thicker and contain more leaf and less sticks than many sticks you'll find online.
